GUARANTEE & CLAIMS:
Nursery stock is offered subject to prior sale, no warranty is expressed or implied. We exercise great care to keep varieties true to name and will replace or refund the amount paid of any nursery stock that may prove otherwise. It is mutually agreed, that we shall at no time be liable for any amount greater than that paid for the nursery stock in question. We accept no responsibility for the guarantee our customers give, including any governmental department or agency. All shipments are at the risk of the purchaser after being delivered to carrier in good condition. Plants can not be returned for any reason other than dead on arrival or severely damaged by the shipper. We do not guarantee plants to be a certain size, they vary wildly from specie to specie. Changing ones mind or ordering the wrong plant is not reason for returning - Remember, this is wholesale, the rules are different.
